Tourist groups arriving in Venice by bus and NOT staying in an accommodation facility / hotel within the Municipality of Venice are required to pay the Access Fee:

-Go to the "Pay the Fee" section;
-Select the number of passengers;
-Enter the date of the visit and the names of the passengers:
-Enter your contact details;
-make the payment.

Travel Agencies and Tour Operators have the option of subscribing to a specific concession agreement under which they are entitled to issue vouchers bearing a single QR Code for all the members of an Organised Group of Tourists, without including the first and last names of all the people in the relevant group, but only the name of the group leader, on condition that these people travel together so that they can be identified as a group in the event of inspection. These collective, non-personal payment vouchers will be issued to groups of individuals with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 60 participants. Agencies are required to have a Spid/CIE/Cns digital identity code to be eligible for the concession agreement.

• -to allow the accommodation facilities that do not have an integrated PMS management application to generate exemption vouchers through the Tourist Tax Programme ((CITYTAX++)).
